Qualifications

• Construction background and roofing knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with company-provided leads and close clients.
• Assess roofing needs through site visits or virtual measurements.
• Calculate job costs based on materials, labor, and profit margins.
• Secure contracts and collect deposits.
• Schedule jobs and oversee field crews to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with ownership on subcontractors and project needs.
