Job summary

Tecta America New England is seeking a Project Manager in Brockton, MA to oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from planning to completion. You will attend meetings, monitor budgets, and coordinate material delivery with field teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of roofing supervision, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills. Travel <10% and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of commercial roofing supervisory experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to read/interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, modified, built-up).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build client/vendor relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel <10%; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality project management for multiple roofing projects.
• Attend job meetings and develop schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and permits.
• Monitor costs, labor hours, material usage, and profitability.
• Conduct site visits to ensure schedule and spec compliance.
• Collaborate with Service and Production teams for seamless execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
