Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategic plans for project success, including estimates fees, scope of work, proposals, schedules, contracts, consultant selection and negotiations.
  • Coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution; lead regular project team meetings.
  • Serve as primary client liaison to deliver schedule, budget and scope to client satisfaction and maintain routine contact.
  • Actively manage client budgets, schedules and communications.
  • Primarily responsible for staffing and other office administrative tasks such as hiring, QA, technology, and billing/cash flow.
  • In smaller jobs may assume Project Architect role; in larger jobs roles are separated and may be divided.
