Nor’East Exteriors Roofing & Siding in Connecticut is seeking a dependable Project & Field Operations Manager to be a key face in the field. You’ll own field execution of exterior roofing and siding projects from start to finish.

You’ll supervise crews, track progress with our Nor’East software, coordinate logistics, review scopes, run sales appointments, and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, siding, or exterior home services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on in the field and manage logistics.
