Job summary

Rackley Roofing seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to own commercial roofing and building-envelope projects across the Middle Tennessee market. You’ll oversee projects from handoff through execution and closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, and customer communications for successful outcomes.

You’ll work with customers, General Contractors, architects, consultants, and field teams to deliver projects safely, profitably, and to high quality standards, while strengthening long-term

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial roofing, building envelope, or a related roofing environment.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, documentation, and multiple priorities.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts.
• Strong financial awareness and ability to understand job costs and profitability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to travel to assigned project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary company representative and business owner for assigned projects.
• Coordinate people, information, materials, financials, schedules, contracts, and customer expectations.
• Lead handoff and preconstruction meetings; review estimates, scopes of work, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project execution, including subcontractors, field coordination, and safety.
• Drive financial performance with accurate forecasting and effective cost management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, General Contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
