You will oversee customer-facing data flow, communication and documentation across project phases, focusing on New Construction projects with General Contractors.

This role offers a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 plus premier benefits and requires strong coordination, scheduling and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large scale construction projects.
• Roofing related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in STACK, BIM 360, Procore and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Generate project submittal packages.
• Pre-register manufacturer warranties.
• Manage change orders.
• Produce and maintain schedule of values.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
• Attend on-site meetings and take minutes.
• Quality control inspections.
• Resolve construction-related issues.
• Act as primary point of contact for the client.
• Monitor spend and assist in staying on budget.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division.

This role is paying $80k - $85k, plus premier benefits!

The Project Manager is customer-facing, responsible for the flow of data, communication and documentation between CentiMark, the customer and stakeholders, throughout all project phases. This position will engage primarily with New Construction projects being facilitated through General Contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Generating Project Submittal Packages
• Pre-Registering Manufacturer’s Warranties
• Change Order Management
• Production & Maintain Schedule of Values
• Maintain Daily Logs & Generate Progress Reports
• Attend on-site meetings, Take Meeting Minutes, Perform Quality Control Inspections
• Navigate and resolve construction related issues, disputes and disagreements
• Maintain client project portals & act as primary POC throughout project phases
• Collaborate w/ Mgs. To fulfill data requests and answer technical questions
• Monitor project spend and assist in staying on budget
• Provide support to the Construction Manager

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating large scale construction projects - preferred
• Roofing related experience - preferred
• Exceptional organizational & coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (STACK, BIM 360, Procore). Competency in standard business apps; Office Suite, Cloud Apps, Acrobat
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow
• Ability to read and translate construction plans, specifications and contracts
• Bilingual skills - preferred
