CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, seeks an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. You will oversee customer-facing data flow, communication and documentation across project phases, focusing on New Construction projects with General Contractors.

This role offers a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 plus premier benefits and requires strong coordination, scheduling and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large scale construction projects.
• Roofing related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in STACK, BIM 360, Procore and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Generate project submittal packages.
• Pre-register manufacturer warranties.
• Manage change orders.
• Produce and maintain schedule of values.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
• Attend on-site meetings and take minutes.
• Quality control inspections.
• Resolve construction-related issues.
• Act as primary point of contact for the client.
• Monitor spend and assist in staying on budget.
