CentiMark Corporation in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager for our Government Division. This role guides projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating data flow, documentation, and communication between CentiMark, the client, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have roofing project experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with STACK, BIM 360, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large scale construction projects.
• Roofing related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing PM responsible for data flow, communication and documentation between CentiMark, customer and stakeholders across all phases.
• Engage primarily with New Construction projects via General Contractors.
• Provide support to the Construction Manager and monitor project spend.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division.

This role is paying $80k - $85k, plus premier benefits!

The Project Manager is customer-facing, responsible for the flow of data, communication and documentation between CentiMark, the customer and stakeholders, throughout all project phases. This position will engage primarily with New Construction projects being facilitated through General Contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Generating Project Submittal Packages
• Pre-Registering Manufacturer’s Warranties
• Change Order Management
• Production & Maintain Schedule of Values
• Maintain Daily Logs & Generate Progress Reports
• Attend on-site meetings, Take Meeting Minutes, Perform Quality Control Inspections
• Navigate and resolve construction related issues, disputes and disagreements
• Maintain client project portals & act as primary POC throughout project phases
• Collaborate w/ Mgs. To fulfill data requests and answer technical questions
• Monitor project spend and assist in staying on budget
• Provide support to the Construction Manager

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating large scale construction projects - preferred
• Roofing related experience - preferred
• Exceptional organizational & coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (STACK, BIM 360, Procore). Competency in standard business apps; Office Suite, Cloud Apps, Acrobat
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow
• Ability to read and translate construction plans, specifications and contracts
• Bilingual skills - preferred
