CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. You will supervise large scale roofing projects, interpret blueprints and plans, and ensure safe, efficient execution on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years roofing experience required.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems required.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass background checks for government sites.
• 30-hour OSHA certification required (will train).
• Must live within 1 hour from the Pensacola branch.
• Bilingual abilities and blueprint reading are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Summary

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilities
• Understanding blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
• Daily communication with the general contractor and CentiMark project manager
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Must possess strong material management skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems REQUIRED
• 5+ years roofing experience is REQUIRED
• Must have experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures,
• and safety requirements
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Ability to pass background checks to access military and government sites
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train) is required
• Must live within 1 hour from branch office
• Bilingualism and the ability to read blueprints are an advantage
