CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. You will oversee data flow, communication and documentation between CentiMark, the customer, and stakeholders throughout all project phases, focusing on New Construction projects with General Contractors.

This customer-facing role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with STACK, BIM 360, Procore and standard office apps, and the ability to manage

• Experience coordinating large scale construction projects.
• Roofing-related experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage data flow, communication and documentation across project phases.
• Lead submittal packages, warranties, change orders and schedules.
• Attend on-site meetings, take minutes and perform quality inspections.
• Monitor spend and assist in staying on budget; support Construction Manager.
