Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in commercial roofing, seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for the Government Division. You will supervise multiple roofing crews, interpret blueprints, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure safety standards are met.

This role requires 5+ years of roofing and construction management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. Overtime may be required as projects demand it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years roofing experience is REQUIRED.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand job specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required or will be trained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites/facilities.
• Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plans.
• Communicate with general contractors and trades for workflow.
• Set up and maintain safety on job sites/facilities.
• Maintain daily communication with GC and CentiMark PM.
• Plan and execute successful projects.
• Manage materials effectively.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunityfor an experienced Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. This person will be responsible for supervising large scale, new construction roofing projects.

Job Summary:

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilities
• Understanding blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
• Daily communication with the general contractor and CentiMark project manager
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Must possess strong material management skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems REQUIRED
• 5+ years roofing experience is REQUIRED
• Must have experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures,
• and safety requirements
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Ability to pass background checks to access military and government sites
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train) is required
• Must live within 1 hour from branch office
• Bilingualism and the ability to read blueprints are an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership skills,
• interpersonal communication, ability to problem solve, and organizational skills
