Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is Pensacola, FL's leading commercial roofing contractor seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for the Government Division. You will supervise roofing crews, review blueprints, and coordinate with General Contractors to ensure seamless workflow and safety across sites.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 30 certification (training provided).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass background checks to access government sites.
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train).
• Must live within 1 hour of branch office.
• Bilingualism is an advantage; reading blueprints is useful.

Responsibilities

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. This person will be responsible for supervising large scale, new construction roofing projects.

Job Summary

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilities
• Understanding blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
• Daily communication with the general contractor and CentiMark project manager
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Must possess strong material management skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems REQUIRED
• Must have experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures,
• and safety requirements
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Ability to pass background checks to access military and government sites
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train) is required
• Must live within 1 hour from branch office
• Bilingualism and the ability to read blueprints are an advantage
