LB Capital is seeking a Production Coordinator to keep roofing projects running smoothly. You will coordinate materials, scheduling, and logistics, acting as the hub between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.

• Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
