Job summary

Lb-Capital is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure smooth roofing projects by coordinating materials, timelines, and logistics across vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors. This role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to prevent delays.

You will manage schedules in Service Titan, provide main point-of-contact support across departments, and assist the sales team with post-sale coordination, while maintaining accurate project

Qualifications

• Experience with Service Titan or similar project management tools.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
• Detail-driven with strong follow-through and accuracy.
• Collaborative team player across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material take-offs and procurement timelines.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in solving issues and keeping work on track.
• Assist sales with post-sale follow-up and coordination.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Generate regular progress reports for leadership.
