Qualifications

• 2–3 years of production coordination or project management in construction or roofing.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing teams or subcontractors.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication with homeowners from project initiation to completion.
• Keep customers updated on project progress and address issues promptly.
• Prepare all stages necessary to produce an excellent installation experience for homeowners, crews, and the sales team."
• Order materials and schedule labor for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters for residential and commercial projects.
• Track and manage gross profit margins, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Provide weekly and monthly production reports to the leadership team.
• Recruit, hire, and train production team members to ensure proper staffing.
• Lead production teams, maintain morale through monthly check-ins and reviews.
• Attend weekly Level 10 Meetings and support strategic initiatives.
