Job summary

Maumee River Roofing in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Production Manager to lead roofing, siding, and exterior project production from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate crews, schedule labor, monitor budgets, and ensure safety while delivering an excellent installation experience for homeowners and the sales team.

Strong scheduling, budgeting, and supervisory skills with experience in Buildertrend or Procore are required; a construction-management background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with homeowners from start to finish
• Update customers on progress and resolve issues promptly
• Plan production to deliver excellent installation experiences
• Order materials and schedule labor for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters
• Track gross profit margins and keep projects on budget
• Provide weekly/monthly production reports to leadership
• Recruit, hire, and train production staff
• Lead teams, manage performance, and maintain morale
• Attend weekly meetings and drive strategic initiatives
