Job summary

Maumee-River-Roofing is seeking a Production Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana to oversee project initiation through completion, coordinate materials and crews, and ensure profitability across Residential and Commercial divisions.

The role requires coordinating scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Strong leadership and communication are essential for successful collaboration with homeowners, sales, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Construction Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in production coordination or project management in construction or roofing.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience managing teams or subcontractors.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication with homeowners from project initiation to completion.
• Keep customers updated on project progress and address issues promptly.
• Produce an excellent installation experience for homeowner, crews, and sales team.
• Order materials and schedule labor for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters across divisions.
• Track and manage gross profit margins, keeping projects within budget.
• Provide weekly and monthly production reports to leadership.
• Recruit, hire, and train production team members; lead teams and maintain morale.
• Attend weekly Level 10 Meetings and drive strategic initiatives.
