Advanced Roofing, Inc is seeking a Roofing Production Foreman to lead field crews and ensure safe, high-quality commercial roofing projects are completed on time and within standards.

The role drives daily production, safety, and quality in collaboration with Construction Managers, Quality Control, and field crews to meet schedule and workmanship goals. This hands-on leadership position offers ownership of jobsite outcomes and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in roof systems and field leadership requirements.
• Experience with safety programs and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong understanding of quality workmanship and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Construction Managers and Project Managers to complete and schedule projects.
• Provide timely and quality installation of roofing projects in the field.
• Coordinate delivery and ordering of materials for project completion.
• Review invoices, receipts, time sheets, and order forms for accuracy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction daily through direct contact.
• Attend or conduct pre-planning, pre-construction, and staff meetings.
• Conduct training for personnel.
• Prepare safety reports and ensure compliance with safety plans.
• Plan and organize work including schedules and final inspections.
• Inspect project operations on site and verify specification compliance.
