Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication with homeowners from project initiation to completion.
• Keep customers updated on project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare all stages necessary to produce an excellent installation experience for the homeowner, the crews, and the sales team members for warranty work and all roofing projects.
• Order material and schedule labor for all roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, and gutter jobs for both the Residential and Commercial divisions.
• Track and manage gross profit margins, ensuring all projects remain within budget.
• Provide weekly and monthly production reports to the leadership team.
• Recruit, hire, and train production team members to ensure proper staffing.
• Lead production teams, hold members accountable, and maintain team morale through monthly check-ins and performance reviews.
• Attend weekly Level 10 Meetings and ensure strategic initiatives are reached.

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in production coordination or project management in the construction or roofing industry (required).
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing teams or subcontractors.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced construction or production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in production management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong understanding of construction trades, including roofing, carpentry, and general building practices.
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships and team dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit/stand in an office environment for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs.
• Ability to stoop or kneel as needed.
• Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to different job sites, run errands, and transport materials or equipment.
• Physically capable of handling supply runs, picking up materials, and transporting trailers.
