• Clear, professional communication with customers by phone.
• Coordinate across customers, sales teams, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and calm when weather or schedules change.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication, scheduling, and coordination to keep projects moving.
• Complete welcome calls reviewing scope, current production queue, and timelines.
• Verify color selections, site considerations, and customer concerns before production.
• Confirm installation dates and clearly communicate expectations to customers.
• Provide proactive timeline updates every 1–2 weeks during production.
• Schedule site supervisors and match crews to project needs and skills.
• Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, and vendors for dates and details.
• Build efficient production schedules to minimize trips and costs.
• Monitor weather and reschedule projects as needed.
• Work with Production Manager to ensure materials are ordered on time.
