Responsibilities

• Coordinate material take-offs and procurement timelines.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan or similar tools.
• Serve as main contact between internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track.
• Assist sales with post-sale coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
• Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and uphold quality standards.
• Generate regular progress reports for leadership.
