Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in overcoming challenges.
• Assist sales team with post-sale follow-up.
• Keep records organized and up-to-date.
• Monitor project progress and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports and share updates with leadership.
