The role focuses on P&L management, recruiting and retaining qualified workers, and coordinating with sales and technical staff to deliver safe, profitable roofing projects.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial roofing (required).
• Blueprint reading ability.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Previous roofing/construction operations management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Profit and Loss Statement.
• Recruiting and retaining qualified workers.
• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects.
• Manage the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager.
• Working closely with both sales and technical staff.
• Addressing all problems that may arise during projects.
• Ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project.
