CentiMark Corporation in Jessup, MD is seeking an experienced Roofing Operations Manager to lead the office and surrounding area, supervising projects from production to service and ensuring timely installations and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on P&L management, recruiting and retaining qualified workers, and coordinating with sales and technical staff to deliver safe, profitable roofing projects.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial roofing (required).
• Blueprint reading ability.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Previous roofing/construction operations management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

We are seeking an industry professional for the Roofing Operations Manager role in our Specialty Division in Jessup, MD to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas. The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing projects both for Production and Service.They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

This position is paying $90k - $110k base, with lucrative bonus opportunities!
