Job summary

The role involves supervising multiple service crews, planning jobs, and ensuring safety protocols on-site, while maintaining clear customer communications throughout projects.

Qualified candidates will have roofing/construction experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5 years Roofing/construction sales experience required.
• Excellent communication/writing skills.
• Valid State driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple service crews.
• Perform pre-job and post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews and materials.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Communicate with customers daily.
• Plan and execute successful projects.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on materials.
