You will manage the P&L, recruit and retain qualified workers, ensure safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects, and supervise field teams while coordinating with sales and technical staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing is required.
• Blueprint reading proficiency is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous roofing/construction operations management experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Profit and Loss Statement.
• Recruiting and retaining qualified workers.
• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects.
• Manage the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager.
• Work closely with both sales and technical staff.
• Addressing all problems that may arise during projects.
• Ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed.
