Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in the NJ/NY (5 Boroughs) area seeks a Field Supervisor (Production) to lead roofing crews and manage projects on commercial/industrial sites. This on-site leadership role focuses on safety, planning, and client communication across multiple jobs.

The candidate will ensure project execution meets quality and schedule, perform inspections, and collaborate with the warehouse team for material orders, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
• Good communication, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews.
• Perform pre-job and post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site.
• Maintain daily communications with the customer.
• Plan and execute a successful project.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on material orders.
