Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced New Construction Project Manager in Jessup, MD for our New Construction Division.

Supervise roofing crews, coordinate material orders with the Service Director & Warehouse Manager, ensure safe job sites, and manage pre/post-inspections and paperwork. Requires 2+ years in commercial roofing PM/field supervision and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project.
• Order project materials in coordination with Service Director & Warehouse Manager.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site and conduct pre-job & post-job inspections.
• Maintain project paperwork and daily communication with customers and employees
