Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman to join our Jessup-area team. You will diagnose leaks, lead maintenance and small repairs, and manage paperwork while upholding safety policies. Competitive wages reflect experience, with a large backlog of work and clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.
