Job summary

Guardian Roofing, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Manager for our Auburn, WA operations. You will oversee the Roofing Installation department, supervise superintendents, dispatch crews and serve as a primary customer contact through all project phases.

The role requires strong time management, problem solving, and leadership to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency while driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar roofing or construction role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials and installation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and client rapport.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Able to communicate across multiple departments.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Able to climb ladders and work on roofs up to 40 ft.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and field superintendents with daily scheduling.
• Conduct daily job site inspections and quality checks.
• Communicate with customers to address needs and concerns.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with field superintendents and warehouse for resources.
• Submit bi-weekly payroll documentation for production staff.
• Generate POs with estimated costs and coordinate materials.
• Ensure equipment is returned in good condition.
• Provide timely customer updates and manage change orders.
