Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead on-site crews, drive safety, and manage daily project tasks across California. The role requires deep knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing systems and the ability to perform effective repairs.

You will coordinate with the Sales Rep, customers, and field crews, track materials, control schedules, and complete daily and end-of-project reports with photos.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety brief before each project.
• Manage crew start/end times and production rates to complete work safely.
• Coordinate with Sales Rep, customers, and crew on scope and tasks.
• Submit end-of-day/project walk-through reports with photos.
• Monitor inventory and ensure tools and materials are available.
• Review projects over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
• Submit projects over $20,000 to the supervisor before customer submission.
• Oversee Field Resource Reps and address issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction.
