Guardian Roofing, Gutters, & Insulation is seeking an Install Production Manager to oversee superintendents, dispatch crews, and drive on-time, high-quality roofing projects in Auburn, WA. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in roofing or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field superintendents and technicians, providing daily schedules and guidance.
• Conduct daily job site inspections to maintain workmanship and safety standards.
• Maintain active communication with customers to address concerns and provide updates.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with field superintendents and warehouse for resources and material deliveries.
• Handle bi-weekly payroll documentation for production employees.
