Job summary

Guardian Operations is seeking an experienced Production Manager for our Auburn, WA roofing installation team. You will oversee superintendents and crews, drive daily scheduling, ensure quality workmanship, and serve as a primary customer contact through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include site inspections, process improvements, and timely communication with customers. The role requires strong leadership, time management, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Roofing/construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and departments.
• Must-pass preemployment drug screen, physical, background, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and field superintendents with daily schedules and scope.
• Perform site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship and safety.
• Communicate with customers to address needs and concerns.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
• Keep projects on track and coordinate material deliveries and payroll.
• Ensure equipment is returned in good condition and manage change orders.
