CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Construction Sales Representative in the greater Pasco area to drive front-end sales, identify clients, perform roof inspections, and guide decision-makers through estimation and closing. This role blends fieldwork, cold outreach, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales or construction-related roles, strong communication, and the physical ability to work on ladders and roofs, with a base plus commission structure and signing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales, customer service, or construction-industry experience
• HS diploma; associate or bachelor's in business/marketing/construction mgmt a plus
• Must be physically able to climb ladders and work on roofs

Responsabilités

• Lead generation through cold calling and canvassing
• Perform site inspections of commercial roofs and document damage
• Collaborate with estimators to scope project costs
• Explain roofing systems and material options to clients
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups in Salesforce
• Maintain strong client communication for repeat contracts
