Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or related field.
• Experience as Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or senior field leader preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold high-performing teams accountable for results.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, P&L performance, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for the branch, ensuring disciplined execution across sales, production, service, and administrative functions.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop sales representatives, project managers, and office personnel to achieve performance objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by strengthening pipeline discipline, improving close rates, and aligning the team around market-specific sales strategies.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, crew coordination, and project delivery timelines.
• Own branch budgets, labor planning, cost controls, and profitability outcomes.
