Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector as an independent contractor to join our nationwide network. You will assess steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced technology.

This role requires a reliable vehicle with a ladder, lidar capability or the ability to obtain one, and proficiency with MS Office; HAAG certification is a plus and continuing credentials may be required to remain in our

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle (truck, van or SUV) with the ability to transport at least a 32’ ladder.
• Ability to obtain a Lidar device or have one (e.g. iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or greater).
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• The ability to obtain required certifications to join the contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to assess property damage and prevent further harm until repairs are complete.
