Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking Roof Field Inspectors to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. You will inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting‑edge tech.

Candidates should have a reliable vehicle, access to a 32' ladder, and be prepared to obtain required certifications. This is an independent contractor role with flexible field assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely inspect steep/high roofs and assess damage.
• Experience or ability to obtain Lidar/device-based inspection tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and thorough reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs and assess exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
