Qualifications

• Must have a reliable Truck, Van or SUV with a 32’ ladder.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to acquire necessary certifications to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
