Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to assess steep and high roofs, exterior and interior damage, and underwriting property inspections. This is an Independent Contractor position, requiring a truck/van/SUV capable of carrying a 32' ladder and a lidar device.

Ideal candidates bring professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail, with MS Office, Outlook, and Teams proficiency. HAAG certification is a plus and ongoing credentials may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle with space for at least a 32' ladder.
• Must have a Lidar equipment device or the ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• The ability to obtain required certifications or credentials to join our contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluating exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections and document findings clearly.
• Utilize cutting‑edge technology to assess property damage and prevent further harm.
• Work as an independent contractor within Hancock Claims Consultants' network.
