Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Technician to join our network of independent contractors. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced technology.

Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and ladder, a Lidar-capable device, and be proficient with MS Office. HAAG Certification is a plus, and you must be able to obtain any required credentials to join our contractor pool.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle with capacity for a 32’ ladder.
• Lidar-equipped device or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook/Teams).
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain required certifications to join our contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs safely.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
