Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking independent contractor RoofField Inspectors to perform roof inspections on steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections. Inspectors work with cutting-edge tech to evaluate property damage and help prevent further harm until permanent repairs are completed.

This Independent Contractor role requires a reliable vehicle, a 32’ ladder, access to a lidar device, and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle with the ability to transport and carry a 32’ ladder.
• Lidar device access or ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or greater).
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs for exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections as part of claims support.
• Utilize technology to assess property damage and prevent further harm until repairs are completed.
