Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Greek Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our gaming team onsite in Sofia. The role involves assisting Greek-speaking players, resolving issues, and translating documentation from English to Greek to ensure smooth gameplay.

You will work with international teams, maintain strong gaming knowledge, and uphold brand professionalism in a fast-paced Esports environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
• Valid EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria.
• A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a player-centric attitude.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to gaming enthusiasts via chat, email, and social channels.
• Resolve technical queries, account issues, and billing concerns within Gaming & Esports.
• Maintain understanding of client’s gaming titles to provide guidance to players.
• Translate game documentation and support resources from English to Greek.
• Escalate critical bugs and platform issues to development teams.
• Contribute to a positive community environment for Greek players.
• Represent the brand professionally while staying authentic to gaming culture.
