Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) to help produce high-quality printed materials on our offset presses. You’ll read job instructions, set up presses, install plates, adjust registration, and monitor production on a fast-paced team.

This is a training-oriented, full-time role offering benefits after 30 days, paid time off, overtime opportunities, and a path to develop essential manufacturing skills in the printing industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery.
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work.
• Read and follow job specifications and adjust equipment.
• Collaborative teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset printing presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for each project.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prepare for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment during production and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Work safely while collaborating with a supportive team.
