Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and load/transport containers to disposal, transfer or recycling sites and customer locations. Backing maneuvers in tight spaces on industrial routes are essential.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting issues to Route Manager, attending trainings, and coordinating with Route Managers to improve route efficiency while complying with DOT/OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Not required
• Experience: 1 year of CDL driving within last 7 years

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle following Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIR checks.
• Reports unsafe situations or issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends scheduled training and meetings.
• Works with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, service interruptions, or hazards.
• Communicates customer requests and reports containers needing repair or replacement.
• Ensures containers are placed properly and routes are followed.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout processes.
