JP Mascaro & Sons is seeking reliable Roll Off Drivers for the Souderton, PA area. The role involves operating a front load trash truck, adhering to DOT regulations, and ensuring safe, efficient service on assigned routes with a focus on community safety.

Qualified candidates will hold a PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement, pass DOT screenings, and demonstrate strong customer service and dexterity. The position offers competitive pay and benefits in a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• DOT physical and medical requirements must be met; substance abuse screening required.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Good dexterity and quick entry/exit from truck; capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front load trash truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Ensure safe and efficient truck operation and manage helpers on the vehicle.
• Transport and dump municipal waste at approved facilities.
• Coordinate with Route Supervisor and Dispatch for instructions and pickups.
• Record loads, logs, route sheets, and any special requests; maintain cleanliness of the truck.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Contribute to a safe and compliant work environment.
