JP Mascaro & Sons in Reading, PA is seeking a reliable Rear Load Driver to join our family-like team. You will operate a front load trash truck on established routes, ensure timely pickups, and maintain courteous customer service while adhering to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• Must pass DOT physical, medical requirements, and drug screening.
• Safety-sensitive role with random drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front load trash truck on daily routes.
• Transport and dump municipal wastes at transfer station or landfill.
• Coordinate with Route Supervisor for pickups and specific instructions.
• Maintain logs, route sheets, and weigh/load tickets.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
