Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons in Souderton, PA is hiring Front Load Drivers to support our solid waste collection teams in a family-friendly environment. Operate front load trash trucks on subscription routes or municipal routes, following DOT regulations and company standards.

The role requires a valid PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement, medical clearance, and ability to handle heavy loads and endure outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid PA CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement required.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements and pass a DOT substance screening.
• As a safety sensitive employee, subject to random DOT and company screening.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to operate a front load truck and manage heavy loads safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front load trash truck per DOT rules and company standards on routes.
• Ensure safe and efficient truck operation and assist crew as needed.
• Transport and dump waste at transfer stations or landfills.
• Coordinate with Route Supervisor or Operations Manager for instructions and notes.
• Maintain logs, route sheets, and related records; keep truck clean after routes.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
