Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons in Allentown, PA is seeking reliable Front Load Drivers to safely operate front-load trash trucks on municipal routes and established subscriptions. You will work with a team to ensure timely pickups, maintain logs, and uphold company standards for service and safety.

Candidates must hold a PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement, pass DOT physicals, and submit to random drug testing. Competitive salary with benefits in a family-oriented company environment.

Qualifications

• Valid PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front load trash truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Safely operate truck and assist with loading/unloading on assigned routes.
• Coordinate with Route Supervisor/Dispatch for route instructions and special orders.
• Complete daily logs, load tickets, and maintenance reports; keep truck clean.
