Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons, Wyoming Valley Division in Nanticoke, PA, is seeking reliable Roll Off Drivers to join our solid waste collection team. You will operate front load trash trucks per DOT and company standards, ensure safe operation, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain logs and inspections.

Requirements include a PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement, ability to work outdoors in all weather, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a safety-minded, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• Ability to operate a front-load truck safely per DOT and company standards.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-load trash truck on subscription routes or municipal territories per DOT regulations and company standards.
• Maintain load weight tickets, logs, route sheets and other required records.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with Route Supervisor, Dispatch or Operations Manager for instructions and updates.
