Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons, Wyoming Valley Division in Nanticoke, PA, is hiring a Rear Load Driver to operate a front load trash truck on routine routes, ensuring safe and efficient collection. You will coordinate with supervisors, obtain load tickets, and perform daily inspections while maintaining a clean, safe vehicle.

The position requires a PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement, DOT medical clearance, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Valid PA CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• Meets DOT medical requirements.
• Pass a substance abuse screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front load trash truck on routes per DOT and company standards.
• Transport and dump municipal wastes at transfer stations or landfills.
• Coordinate with Route Supervisor/Dispatch for instructions.
• Obtain load weight tickets and maintain logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and safety.
